I've been absent for some time now, and I don't think there's really any point for me to continue my account on dA. I've been pretty busy doing guitar, piano, studying for SAT, etc etc. I don't have time to empty rolls of film and wait a week to receive the pictures and then wait to scan them. It costs too much money and I don't want to waste the last 100 dollars I have on it.

Everything has gone digital and good digital cameras aren't very cheap. I can't shoot RAW, etc etc etc. Picture quality gets compromised when scanned, no interesting surroundings, etc etc etc. Whatever lame excuse you guys will accept as my reason for quitting.

I might come back, later, a lot later, but do not expect anything in the next 2-3 months. For now, I think I will stick to piano, guitar, and my school work.

I'll be expecting my high-end Yamaha guitar on Sunday when my dad comes back. My dad paid around 1.2k for it, and the least I can do is almost match half of what he paid (500 USD).

My pinky hurts as well from playing Rachmaninoff's Prelude in G minor. My pinky has to sound out the top note of each 4-note chord, and it has to be the loudest which sounds simple, but strains/jams/hurts/inflicts pain upon my pinky.
